Turmeric Milk Recipe- Ancient Secret of Healthy Skin, Liver, Digestion, and Heart.

Turmeric has been used by many cultures throughout thousands of years for its health benefits, including anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. 

The "queen spice" ( as many called turmeric before) is especially known to cure flu, colds, indigestion, depression, and possibly prevent cancer. So here we go, TURMERIC MILK RECIPE to try today to stay looking and feeling healthy and youthful.

You will need :

2 cups of coconut milk ( or milk) 

1 teaspoon of dried turmeric

1 teaspoon of dried ginger ( or 1'' of ginger piece, thinly sliced)

A sprinkle of black pepper ( for better absorption of turmeric)

Honey to taste.

Place milk in saucepan over medium heat. Stir the turmeric, ginger, and black pepper. Let simmer for a couple of minutes, but don't overheat the milk. Continue to stir and turn off the heat. Cover the mixture and let sit for 10 minutes for better infusion. Add honey to taste and enjoy. This recipe is good for 2 people, so share the experience with someone you love .
