Problem 1: Dry, aging skin
Ohh, the first wrinkles... Not to worry, white tea bags to the rescue! It is loaded with antioxidants and will fight the signs of aging on your skin . Just brew a cup of white tea over medium heat ( make sure it is not too high) and wait until it cools. Soak a washcloth in the tea and put it to your face. The warmth will open up your pores and the magic will begin.
You can also use black tea bags and follow the same process ( works especially great for oily skin). Leave the washcloth on for 15 minutes a day for a couple of weeks and you will see drastic results in the way your skin looks and feels.
Problem 2: Rough Hands:
Warm milk works wonders on dry, rough skin. Warm a couple of glasses of milk and soak your hands for 15 minutes in the warm goodness. You will be happy you did .
Problem 3: Dry feet
It is almost the season of sandals, beaches and spring! ( or at least, that's what I keep reminding myself in cold and wind Chicago ) . As a cure to dry, cracked feet, try a simple foot soak of warm water and baking soda. Put a couple of tablespoons in water and enjoy a nice, relaxing, and reviving spa experience in the convenience of your home and a fraction of a price.
